Summary: When we arrived we were greeted by a happy, smiling member of staff who promptly checked us in and then proceeded to inform us about the hotel's various facilities and where to go in Les Sables d'Olonne. The hotel itself was only about a year old at the time of our visit and was well maintained. We have nothing negative to say about The Hotel Vertime!

Summary: Hotel was practical and reasonably well located. Parking was a struggle as not many spaces for the size of hotel. Was told to park in the local public car park. Service pretty slow in general, but staff were friendly enough.

Summary: This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are tasteful and well laid out. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. We only had breakfast one day but it is very good. Hot and cold options allow you to have anything from a pastries and jams to fruit, yoghurt, to cheeses, charcuterie, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. The rooftop terrace has great views of the port, but it can get windy. The pool is gorgeous but small and there are only six sun loungers, which can get competitive. It is well situated, just a short walk from the main parts of town and most of the good restaurants. If we visit Les Sables-d'Olonne again, we will definitely stay at Hotel Vertime again.

Summary: Our room wasn’t cleaned/serviced at all during our two night stay. We left the sign on the door asking for the room to be serviced at 10am and returned at 5pm to find it never was. When checking out I told the concierge this and I was completely ignored, his response was to ask me if he can charge the card they had on file. No apology, not even a goodbye, he just handed me a receipt and looked to the next person in the queue to check out.
